1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
2 C. pineapple chunks
red pepper; cut into chunks
sweet onion, cut into chunks
1/2 C. barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat grill to med-high heat
2) Using skewers alternately thread meat and vegetables on the skewers
3) Mix bbq sauce and juice; brush on kabobs. Grill for 8 - 10 min. brushing occasionally with remaining sauce. Serve with rice pilaf.
