1/2 tsp. garlic
2 cups brown sugar
8 T. soy sauce
1 cup water
1 tsp. ginger
3/4 cup vinegar
2 large cans pineapple chunks
1 onion dices
1/2 cup cornstarch mixed with 1 cup cold water
2 racks pork ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Slowly add cornstarch mixture stirring constantly. Place ribs in large pan and pour mixture over ribs. Cover with lid and bake at 275 for about 3 hours.

You can use pork spare ribs or baby back ribs. I prefer baby backs.
