1 lb. ground sirloin
1/2 C. minced onions
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 1 can)
1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
1 C. light sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles; cooked
to taste: salt, pepper, paprika, chives, dill and parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion until meat is brown and onion soft. Stir in mushrooms and soup and simmer uncovered for 10 min. Season to taste.
Blend in sour cream. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Sprinkle with parsley.
