3 - 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 (10 oz) pegs. frozen broccoli flowerettes, cooked
1/4 C. mayo
1 can fat free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1/2 - 3/4 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C. milk
1/4 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cube chicken and layer in an 8 - 11" casserole dish with broccoli on top of chicken. In a saucepan, mix soup, lemon, milk, cheese and mayo. Heat until cheese melts. Pour over chicken and broccoli mixture. Top with stuffing mix with melted butter. Bake at 350 F. for 30 min.
