1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened 2 green onions, finely chopped 1/4 C. finely chopped imitation crabmeat 1 tsp. minced garlic 16 wonton wrappers oil for frying duck sauce for dipping
1) In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add onion, crab and garlic and stir well. 2) Place about 1 1/2 tsp. of filling in center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water. Fold opposite corners over filling and press to seal. 3) Heat 1" of oil in skillet to 375º F. Fry wontons for 1 - 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve with dipping sauce.
