6 potatoes, cut into bite size pieces
2 onions, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
5 cups water
salt to taste
1 can evaporated milk
6 slices Velveeta cheese





Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a crockpot except cheese. Cook on low 6-8 hours. About a half hour before you are ready to eat, add cheese to melt.
