Mustard (yellow)
1 box of Fish Fry
Cooking Oil to fill deep fryer or skillet

Directions:
Directions:

Season Catfish with Creole seasoning and a little seasoning all

Mix seasoned catfish in mustard to lightly cover, then dip in fish fry to fully cover catfish fillet.

Put into the deep fryer to fry, awaiting fish to float to top which signals it is ready.
