6 cups water
1 1/2 cups quick grits
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
3 eggs,well beaten
salt to taste
1 can (4 oz. chopped green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in water as directed on box. Add other ingredients. Mix until cheese melts. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
