5 - 6 medium potatoes
1/4 cup margarine (sliced)
1 1/2 cups grated American cheese
1 T flour
2/3 cup milk (approx.)

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Grease shallow pyrex casserole. Make a layer of potatoes, cover with cheese and 3 or 4 pats of margarine. Repeat until all ingredients are used. (3 - 4 layers) Sprinkle flour over top layer. Add milk. Dish should be 1/3 - 1/2 full of milk. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
