1/2 c chopped onions
1/2 c chopped green peppers
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 c chopped broccoli or spinach
1/2 c milk
3/4 c bisquick mix
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the onions, green peppers, broccoli or spinach, and the grated cheese together. Pour into pie plate. Mix together the bisquick mix, egg, and milk until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 400 F for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
