1 roll sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
6 slices bread cubed (crust removed)
1 cup shredded sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, drain, cool, crumble.
In a mixing bowl beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard and stir - blend bread, sausage and cheese mixture.
Pour into greased baking dish. May add extra cheese to top - cover - place in refrigerator over night. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
