1 cup American cheese (substitute is velveeta processed cheese)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream or evaporated milk
1 med fresh finely chopped tomato
1 or more fresh/frozen or canned green chiles, chopped
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Melt both cheese together on low heat. After cheese melts, add cream, stirring constantly
Add chopped tomato, chopped green chili and garlic powder. Stir to blend all flavors. Add more cream if desired. Serve warm in chafing dish with chips.
