2 cups uncooked rice
2/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup parsley, minced
1 cup green onions and tops, minced
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 T Worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper
4 cups bouillon or chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Bake with out stirring in a tightly covered 2-qt casserole for 45 minutes at 350 F or longer utnil rice is no longer soupy. Remove the cover and toss with a fork as seasonings come to the top. This needs no gravy. May be frozen after baking.
