1 c. sugar
c. milk
c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk and butter in saucepan. After mixture comes to a rolling boil, cook exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and chips. Stir until chips are dissolved and mixture starts to thicken. Quickly apply to a cooled cake.
