Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
c. soft butter
c. brown sugar
1 can mixed nuts
6 oz. butterscotch chips
2 T. butter
c. white corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, softened butter and brown sugar. Press in bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Break up Brazil nuts and spread all nuts on top of first layer. Melt chips, butter and corn syrup. Pour over the pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
