Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c enriched flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 c lemon juice
2 c water
3 egg yolks beaten
1 T butter

Meringue
3 eggs whites
1/4 t salt
6 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, and salt. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Cool.

Meringue
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add salt and continue beating until egg whites hold a peak. Add sugar , 1 T at a time, beating after each addition. After last addition beat well.
