3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups peeled, seeded grated raw zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the eggs, oil and sugar. Stir in the zucchini,and vanilla. Add the flour, salt, soda and baking powder. Stir in the walnuts. Grease 2 bread pans. Divide the mixture between the two pans. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
