6 cups of corn, cut off the cob
1-1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan measure 6 cups of corn, cut off the cob. Add the salt, sugar and water. Cook 1 minute after the pan starts to boil. Set the pan in ice water. When it is cool package and freeze.
