Butter flavored Crisco
Regular Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
In an electric skillet, melt Crisco using 1/2 butter flavored and 1/2 regular Crisco. In a Ziploc bag, mix together some flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in the bag and shake to cover. Turn the temperature of the skillet to 350 degrees or medium heat. Brown chicken. After it is browned turn down the temperature to 300 degrees or low and cook for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
