3/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, brown sugar,and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix together the soda, salt, and flour. Add to the creamed mixture. Lastly, add the chocolate chips. On a greased baking sheet drop the dough by teaspoons. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
