vanilla wafers Pineapple jam (can be made with 1 can crushed pineapple and 3/4 cup sugar cooked together) 1 pint whipping cream coconut maraschino cherries
Make a stack of 5 vanilla wafers putting jam between eh two wafers. Whip cream and cover the sides and top of stacks Roll stacks in coconut. Cut red or green maraschino cherries to resemble poinsettias and place one on top of each stack. Refrigerate over night.
