"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

can condensed cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c milk 1/8 tsp black pepper 2 cans cut green beans, drained 1 1/3 cup French Fried Onions
In 1 1/2 qt. casserole, combine soup, milk, and pepper; mix well. Stir in drained beans and 2/3 cup french fried onions. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until hot. Stir. Sprinkle remaining onions on top and bake for 5 minutes.
If you are in Africa or can't get the canned fried onions, slice an onion in very thin slices. Make a small amount of batter and mix with the onions. Pan fry to right consistency.
