4 eggs

3 Tablespoon vanilla

1 tsp light corn syrup

Directions:
For cookies, beat eggs until stiff (stiffer the better). Mix powdered sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix. Gradually mix in flour. Bake for 10 min. at 350

For frosting, combine all the ingredients except for the vanilla in a double boiler. Beat with rotary mixer until frosting stands and forms peaks. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Continue beating until thick enough to spread. I double this for a large cake. This make a very shiny frosting. Decorate with color sugar or sprinkles.
