2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cocoa
1 1/2 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk (room temp)
2 lg eggs (room temp)
2 Tablespoon red food coloring
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Frosting
2 8oz softened cream cheese
2 stick butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients and set aside. Mix liquid ingredients in mixer and add sifted dry ingredients. Bake 350 for 20 - 22 min. Let cool.

Frosting:
Blend cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add vanilla and mix. Slowly add powdered sugar until smooth. Carefully frost cupcakes!
