8 oz. cream cheese softened
3/4 cup powered sugar
2 8oz. cool whip
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 rolls sugar cookie dough
1 quart fresh strawberries
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
Sauce:
1Tablespoon cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice

Spray 16 inch pizza pan with Pam and spread cookie dough on pan. Nibble on the leftover dough. Bake as directed on dough package. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then mix vanilla in. Add cool whip and blend until smooth. Spread on cooled cookie dough. Arrange fruit on top. You can use your various other fruits.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and juice in sauce pan. Cook on low heat until thickened. Let cool and drizzle over fruit. This sauce will prevent fruit from darkening. Cover with Saran Wrap.
Chill before serving.
