2 # Bag of Frozen Oreida Hash Brown Potatoes, thaw and put into 9X13" pan. Saute 1 Large Chopped Onion in 1 stick of butter. Pour over Potatoes.
Mix in a bowl: 1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Pint of Sour Cream, 10 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salt & Pepper. Spread over Potatoes and Onions. Crush 1 Cup of "Wheaties" cereal mixed with 3 tbsp melted butter. Spread on top.
