1 7 oz. container of lump crabmeat
1 8 oz. brick of cream cheese, softened
2/3 brick grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
2 T. white cooking wine
2 tsp. garlic powder
cracked pepper (approx 1/8 tsp.)
dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese (reserving 2 T.), crabmeat, garlic powder and wine. Spread evenly in a lightly greased pie plate or 8" x 8" glass baking dish. Sprinkle reserved Cheddar evenly on top and sprinkle pepper and paprika over top. Bake in preheated 325 oven until bubbly, approx. 20-25 minutes. Serve w/bread or crackers.

I copied this recipe at Mom's last year and wrote down that it was Gram's recipe. I served this at a wine tasting party and the pie plate was literally licked clean.
