2 T. chopped Fresh Basil
3 T. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Pepper
6 Med. cloves of Garlic, slivered

1 can (14 1/2 oz.)Chicken broth, clear
2 lb. Potatoes - sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine first four ingredients. ADD, broth and potatoes. TOSS to coat well.
ARRANGE potaoes in 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 min or till tender and liquid is absorbed.
