51/4 C Flour
1/4 C Sugar
11/2 Tlbs yeast (rounded)
1/2 Tlbs salt
11/2 Tlbs oil
2 1/8 C hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Let yeast activate in water with sugar,Mix dry ingredients, add oil. Mix in a mixer for 5 min or knead by hand. Raise for 25 min (knead down and shape) Raise again 25 min. Pun shaped loaves in greased pans
Bake 25 min @ 350
