1 lb. round steak or cube steaks
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. flour
1 egg + 2 T. water, beaten together

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into four pieces. Mix flour and seasonings. Dip meat into flour mixture, then egg and then flour again. Brown in hot fat. Cover and cook slowly 20-30 minutes.

Gravy: 1/4 c. flour to fat and drippings in the pan; stir in 2 c. milk. Stir until thick. (Add some butter to the pan before the flour if there isn't enough fat left. Season.
