4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, margerine melted
2 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. cardamon seed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar, DO NOT OVER BEAT, Add colled melted butter, vanilla and cardamon seed. Sift flour and cornstarch and add to egg mixture.
Batter will have a dough like consistency.Use spoon to place on grid of heated Krumkaka iron. When lighly brown remove from iron and roll into a cone shape. Store in an airtight container. At serving time fill with Whipped cream.

Plan on a lot of time makig these light,crispy delicacies. I personaly have begun to use an electric Krumkaka iron.
