1/2 c. brown dugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3T. lemon juice
3T. cornstarch
2 1/2 c. seedless raisens
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 t. orange peel
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
1/3 c orange juice
CRUST:
3/4 c. soft shortening or 2/3 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 3/4 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp, cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook filling over low hwat, stirring until thick or MICROWAVE in large casserole dish 5 min on high, stir cokk on high an additional 2 -3 min or until thick.Cool.
Cream sugar and shorting. add dry ingredients
Press 1/2 of dry mixrure into greased 9x13 pan. Spread with filling.
Pat remaining crust over filling.
Bake 20 - 30 min, in 35o degree oven or until lightly brown.
