1 stick butter
1 C. sugar
2 oz. semi sweet chocolate (Ghirdelli)
2 eggs, beaten
1 pie shell (not deep dish)

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler melt butter, sugar and chocolate together until smooth.

In a medium sized bowl, beat the eggs. Add a little of the hot chocolate mixture to the eggs to temper. Then pour the rest of the chocolate mixture into the eggs and mix well.

Pour into the pie shell and bake at 375 F. for 25 minutes. Let cool completely. Serve with whipped cream and strawberries.
