1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. Crisco 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 6 Tbsp. confectioners' sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans powdered sugar (for rolling)
Cream butter and Crisco. Add vanilla. Stir in flour and sugar. Add pecans. Refrigerate. Roll into small balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400º for 10 to 12 minutes. While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
