2 1/2 lb stewing beef
2 onions
2 lb jar creamy peanut butter
1 small can tomato paste or 2 tomatoes
salt and red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil beef with onions until tender. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Mix 1 1/2 cups peanut butter with small amount of broth to blend, then add to stew. Serve over rice.
