Ingredients:
4 cups fresh pumpkin (cooked and pureed) - drain the
pureed pumpkin overnight in a strainer over a bowl.
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3-4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp powdered ginger
1/2-3/4 tsp ground cloves
2 cans of evaporated milk
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325.
Mix ingredients well. Pour into pie crust (Grandma's recipe or
for a quick fix, a prepared pie crust).
Bake until center does not jiggle.
(Time can vary...usually at least 40 minutes, sometimes up to
an hour, depending upon the amount of water in the pumpkin).

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have this pumpkin pie in my freezer that Auntie Donna
made...She made several pies in advance and froze them
so pumpkin pie was ready anytime. I am sure it would
make a great holiday gift too wrapped in cellophane with a
nice instruction card. Once it's poured in the pie crust, just
freeze on a cookie sheet for a level surface until hardened.
To bake, take directly from the freezer to the oven. Cook at
325 until the center doesn't jiggle...again, depends on
moisture in the pumpkin, but usually at least an hour frozen.
