14 oz fish (basa)
1 package of spinach ( chopped Frozen)
fresh basil
salt & ground pepper
1 tomato
4 - 5 cloves garlic
1/2 cup crumbled light feta
2 tbsp heaping light mayo

3 melba toast crushed
1 tsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Season fish with salt & pepper. In a medium bowl mix spinach ( water squeezed out) feta, mayo, tomato, basil, garlic. Stuff fish with spinach mixture in baking dish. Pour butter over Melba crumbs mix well and sprinkle over dish. Bake at 400'F preheated oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
