8 oz of fish (love mahi-mahi)

Marinade:
3 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp soya sauce

5 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)

Dressing:
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp sour cream
wasabi paste to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade fish for about 2 hours. Take fish out of marinade, coat with sesame seeds and place fish on a hot grill or pan sprayed with non stick spray. While grilling, mix dressing ingredients to taste. Remove from grill and serve with a dollup of dressing and pickled ginger.
