3 lbs. venison

MARINADE:
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut venison into strips 1 inch long by 1/4 inch. Marinate overnight. Bake at 145 for 6 hours.

Check dryness because it may take 12 hours to dry. You may use a dehydrator.
