Ingredients:
1 pkg of fresh/frozen cranberries
1 round of brie cheese
2 cloves of garlic
served with baguette, crackers etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a package of fresh cranberries to sauce as directed. Take 1 or 2 bulbs of garlic, cut off the root bottom and wrap in tin foil, put in oven. Cook for about 15 minutes. Place a round of brie cheese on cookie sheet and continue to cook in oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until brie is melted in center (garlic should be soft). Garlic will pop out of skin then mash garlic onto serving plate. Place cheese on plate along with a bowl of cranberry sauce. Serve with sliced sourdough baguette or crackers. Baguette is assembled with some cheese, garlic and cranberry sauce. This is great with cheese wrapped in Phyllo pastry and baked too.
