Ingredients:  
1 lb mushrooms (approx 24)
1/4 cup finely chopped onions and tops of mushrooms
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (can substitute bleu cheese, swiss, cheddar etc.)
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms; finely chop stems. Cook and stir mushrooms stems, green onions and garlic in margarine over medium heat until tender, 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with stuffing mixture. Place mushrooms, filled sides up, in greased baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350'F for 15 minutes
