3-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the first 4 ingredients. Make a well in the center. Combine the egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Add 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
