3 small zucchini
12 small green beans
2 carrots
2 scallions
1/2 cup peas
2/3 cup olive oil
3 T. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
1 lb. thin spaghetti or linguine

Slice vegetables thin, quarter sliced carrots, steam vegetables tender crisp.

Combine oil, lemon juice and garlic. Mix well. Mix with vegetables and scallions. Toss so vegetables are well coated. Cook pasta. Drain. Toss to mix well.
