Base:
c. flour
2 c. sugar
8 c. chopped rhubarb
2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Mix base ingredients and put in a 9x13 glass pan. Mix topping ingredients and crumble over base. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until rhubarb is soft.
