1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
tsp. olive oil
2 lbs. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 (32 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together the onion, green pepper, olive oil, and ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or cook slow in a crock pot.
