1 stick butter
2/3 c. chopped onions
1 (36 oz.) can chicken broth
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
4 c. fat free half & half, milk, or skim
1 (2 lb.) bag of diced hash browns, thawed in microwave)
1 bag peas or mixed veggies (optional)

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

When first 7 ingredients are mixed together in pot, add the 2 c. cheddar cheese and continue mixing until cooked.
