fresh papaya (equal amounts of papaya and mango but at least 2-3 of eacf)
Fresh mango
1 fresh pineapple
1 med. red onion
1 med. red bell pepper
1 med. yellow bell pepper
2-3 jalapeño peppers
2-3 serrano peppers
1 poblano pepper
1 med. anaheim
cilantro to taste!
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. olive oil
2 T. lime juice

Chop all ingredients and toss in a large bowl. Will last in the refrigerator for a week or so.
