6 lb. beef roast
2 pkgs. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 jars Heinz Mushroom gravy
Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing (or other kind)
2 cans mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Place a sirloin tip rolled beef roast in a roasting pan. Mix together soup mix, gravy, 1 cup dressing and mushrooms. Pour over roast. Cover pan and place in oven at 350 for three hours. Chill overnight. Next day slice roast thin and place in casserole. Skim fat from gravy and pour over meat. Reheat in covered casserole at 350 for 1 hour.
