1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesean cheese 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 large clove of minced garlic 1 tablespoon grainy dijon mustard 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 2 heads of torn Romaine lettuce croutons
Mix first six ingredients into a blender. Place lettuce and croutons in a bowl. Toss with dressing until well coated. Grate additional fresh cheese on top. Top with croutons.
