1 roll sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz) cool whip
1 can (lg) crushed pineapple
assorted fruits (blueberries, sliced strawberries, kiwi, blackberries, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cut cookie dough into slices and pat onto a pizza pan until you have made a crust. Cook according to package directions until golden brown. Cool crust.
2) Mix cream cheese and cool whip. Spread on pie crust. Drain pineapple well and place over cream cheese mixture. Arrange a variety of fruits on top.
